He does do a pretty good job with the forums....lol But I wouldn't know how to turn this site around. I love the name and the layout is nice. I just don't know if we could make it turn around!!!!

Well I was trying to see if Chris will put in a few new boxes for me. But trying to come up with some ideas to get other people to want to come on here, Do you have any thoughts?

At it's core I think it comes down to:

1. Maximizing the number of high quality members that add value while respecting others and
2. Minimizing the number of those who do not fit this profile

Step one can be done in any number of ways. Getting people to try something new isn't hard.
Step two...you only get one chance to make a first impression when high quality members visit the site. If they check it out and see a bunch of kids calling each other douche bag, adding no value, not even talking about motorsports...they're probably gone for good

Yeah I'm thinking we need to wash a lot of the old threads out. I think we need to clean it up alot. I really think we can run with the layout. But once you get a bunch of kids with no manners the site is done. But I don't think we have to much of that here. So I really think it has a chance.
