well i just traded my cylinders for a set of .20 over drag port cylinders and was wonderin where i should start at for jetting

stock carbs tors removed
k&n with lid removed
and fmf fatties

If your at 20cc domes and plus 4 timing I had mine at 310 mains with 25.5 pilots with t5's. I also ran same setup with 290 mains for awhile to but got scared. lol.

stock reeds stock timing and pump gas right now stock head but plan on getting it milled .10

Jetting is going to be a second issue if you are having your head milled. You need to have it set up for your elevation and the porting and for the fuel octane you plan on running. Then when you get it together you need to do a compression test. Then you can figure jetting from there.
