So I installed a new FAST clutch this spring, after a few months i am having an issue. There is no friction zone, that in between spot. I have a pancake bearing and 3 heavy duty springs. I change the tranny oil every 2 rides (ATF). Any ideas? I am thinking of getting a new clutch any word on the barnett clutch?

Doesn't the fast kit just use the street bike discs? They hold up to high horsepower but dont last very long in a atv. Like alf said the tusk hd kit is the best bang for the buck.

When I go to feather the clutch or slip it it does nothing.(or slips to much to help) It either engaged or nothing. I guess it just doesnt feel the way it did when I installed it. I adjusted the cable and the clutch arm, it didnt change anything. The best way I can explain it is the friction zone, when you let the clutch out slowly that area where you feel it start to grab is gone.
